Reticulum Systems
AI automation consulting

We find the manual work in your business and wire it into one connected system that runs itself.

Reticulum Systems reviews how your team actually works, tells you what AI and workflow tools can take off their plate, then builds and deploys it as one connected system. You keep the hours back.

One team owns the whole arc, from process review to running system.

Built into the tools your team already runs

Your headcount is doing a computer's job.

Every week your team spends hours on the same tasks. Copying data between systems. Pulling the same reports. Chasing the same follow-ups. Re-keying information that already exists somewhere else.

You know some of it should be automated. You don't know which parts, what it takes to build, or who keeps it running once it's live. So it stays manual, and the only way to do more is to hire more.

That ceiling is expensive. Payroll hours go to work that doesn't need a human. Mistakes slip through. Growth waits on the next hire instead of the next system.

How it works

Five steps from manual to automated.

01

Analyze

We sit with your team and map how the work actually gets done, then flag every task a machine can take over.

02

Advise

You get a plain ranked list: what's worth automating, what it saves, and what it costs to build.

03

Build

We build the automations and AI agents, wired into the tools you already use.

04

Deploy

We put it into production, test it against real work, and hand your team a system that runs on its own.

05

Manage

Optional. We monitor and maintain what we shipped, adapting it as your processes change so it keeps fitting how your team works.

Services

Three ways to work with Reticulum.

Start with a project. Keep us on to run it. Add agents as you find more work to hand off.

A la carte agents

Per agentscoped by workload

Need one specific agent built after the project wraps? We scope and price it by the workload, no full engagement required.

Most popular

Consulting engagement

Projectflat fee, scoped to the work

A flat-fee project that covers the whole arc: process review, automation roadmap, and the built, deployed systems. One scope, one team accountable end to end.

Ongoing management retainer

Retainermonthly, ongoing

After launch, we keep your automations running. Monitoring, fixes, and adjustments as your process shifts, so you never own the upkeep.

Also from Reticulum

We build websites, and we get local businesses found.

Separate from the automation work, and separate from each other. A website is a one-time build you own outright. The visibility work is its own engagement, and it runs on any site, including one you already have.

Results

What a finished build looks like.

We keep client names private until they choose otherwise. Here is the shape of the work.

Reconciliation that arrives done

A task that took a rep hours of manual cross-referencing now lands completed in their inbox. They verify and send instead of building it from scratch.

Inbound handled without a person waiting

Messages that needed someone watching a queue get read, routed, and answered by an agent, with a human able to step in on anything that matters.

One system, not ten manual steps

Work that crossed spreadsheets, email, and a CRM by hand now runs as a single chain that triggers itself and logs what it did.

FAQ

The questions we get before the first call.

Can't we just use Zapier or build this ourselves?
You can start there, and many teams do. It stalls when nobody on staff can architect the harder flows or maintain them when they break. We build the parts a no-code tool can't reach, and we own the upkeep if you want us to.
Is it worth the cost?
The project pays for itself in payroll hours you stop spending on repetitive work, plus the capacity you free up without hiring. On the first call we'll estimate the hours your specific processes are burning so you can do the math before you commit.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do, on the monthly retainer. We keep what we shipped running, handle any updates, and adapt the automations as your process changes. Prefer to own it yourself? You can, and we hand off clean documentation either way.
Do you build websites, or only automations?
Both. We build websites for local businesses, and we do the local search work that gets a business found. Those are two separate services, priced separately, and neither one requires the other. The visibility work runs fine on a site we didn't build.
How long does an engagement take?
A typical project runs about two months from first review to deployed systems. We scope the exact timeline on the discovery call once we see your processes.

Tell us where the manual work is. We'll tell you what to do about it.

Send us your details and we'll set up a discovery call: we walk through your processes, flag what's automatable, and give you a straight answer on what it would take to build. No pitch deck, no obligation.
