These terms are between you and Reticulum Systems LLC, an AI automation consultancy based in Jacksonville, Florida. Questions go to info@reticulumsystems.com.

Age requirement

This site and our services are for businesses and for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, to contact us, or to receive messages from us.

Using this site

• The site describes our services and lets you contact us. It is not an offer that binds either of us; engagements are agreed in a written proposal or agreement.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with it, and do not submit forms on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
• The site’s text, design, and code belong to Reticulum Systems LLC or its licensors. Demo sites and examples we show may carry their own notices.
• We may change or take down parts of the site at any time.

Text messaging program

Program name: Reticulum Systems messaging. Program description: two separate opt-ins. Service texts: automated messages about your own request, appointments, and service updates. Promotional texts: occasional offers, sent only if you gave that second, separate consent. Messages may be sent by an automated system.

• How you opt in. Service texts: by ticking the first consent box on our website contact form, by texting us first, or by agreeing in writing. Promotional texts: only by ticking the second, separate promotional consent box. Neither consent is a condition of purchasing anything from us.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages from us. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Message frequency varies. A typical exchange is a few messages around a request or an appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. You can opt back in by replying START.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@reticulumsystems.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
• Your number and your consent are handled as described in our privacy policy. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Email

Follow-up emails we send carry an unsubscribe link. Using it stops marketing email; we may still send messages needed to answer a request you made or to deliver work you hired us for.

Services and engagements

The scope, price, timeline, and terms of any work we do for you are set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement, which controls over these terms where the two differ. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a business result.

No warranties, limited liability

The site and our messages are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Reticulum Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from messages we send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Changes

When these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. Continued use of the site or of our messaging after a change means you accept the new terms.
